Have a specific gang sheet size in mind? Just create your file and upload it to our system – we'll instantly calculate the length and provide a base price. Your Iron on transfers will be printed on our gang sheets and ready for seamless pressing with any heat press machine.
Follow these simple steps for perfect results every time.
Place the transfer in the desired position before applying heat.
Press with firm, even pressure to bond the transfer to the fabric.
Peel immediately while warm, starting from one corner for a clean release.
Cover the design again (parchment or Teflon) and press to seal the design into the fabric.
Ensure your pressing area is completely flat. Avoid seams, collars, or buttons. Use a pressing pillow if needed to raise the print area.
Matte Finish: Use Parchment Paper or Kraft Paper. Glossy Finish: Use a Teflon Sheet.
Roll the film back over itself rather than lifting it straight up. Start peeling from the boldest part of the design, not fine lines.
After the final press, lay the garment flat and allow it to cool completely before folding to prevent permanent creases.
