Shipping Times

  • Order Cutoff: Place your order before 4 PM CST, and we’ll ship it out the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM CST will be shipped the next day.
  • Delivery Options:
    • UPS, USPS, or Fedex Ground: Typically takes 3-5 business days.
    • 2-DAY Services: Delivers in just 2 day!
    • Overnight Services: Delivers in just 1 day!

Local Pickups

We offer local pickups at our two warehouses in Dallas and Houston. This option saves you shipping costs and time. Simply select the local pickup option when placing your order. For questions, feel free to call us anytime!

Heat Press Settings

For optimal results on cotton, polyester, or blends, set your heat press to 315°F for 6 seconds. We highly recommend double pressing for the best finish. Need further guidance? Contact us for more details!

Transparency in DTF Prints

Avoid lowering the transparency settings of your designs, as this can negatively impact the heat press experience. To achieve a faded effect, opt for using lighter colors sequentially instead of adjusting transparency.

Refunds and Returns

We accept refunds and returns under genuine circumstances. Please note:

  • Shipping Delays: While we cannot guarantee UPS delivery times, we can assist in claiming refunds if shipping is delayed.
  • Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted if less than 80% of the prints are used. Each case is evaluated individually, and all items must be returned before any refund is issued.
